Love lamb? Our lambs are 100% grass-fed and moved to fresh pasture twice a day to nibble on grasses, clovers, forbs, and trees. Because we do not feed grain, our lambs take a few months longer to grow to finishing size. The extra time adds to their robust flavor. Our animals receive no commercial medications, only salt, mineral, and kelp as supplements. After a few seasons of breeding for hardy animals that finish well on grass, we are very happy with our product!

You will receive a full selection of cuts, including loin chops, rib chops, shoulder roasts, leg of lamb roasts, and ground lamb.

$250 gets you 20-25 lbs of packaged meat. This is roughly a grocery bag size and will fit in a standard freezer.
